Online Product Registration for Juvenile Products 

We want to thank you for purchasing North States Industries, Inc. juvenile products.  We are concerned about your child's safety.  All of our juvenile products are thoroughly tested, but there is still the possibility that we may need to contact you with safety updates or recall information.  Please take just a few moments to fill out our online registration form so that we can reach you in the event of a product recall.  

In order to complete the registration, you will need the model number and the manufacturing date of your juvenile product.  This information is provided on the product registration card, or it can also be found on the product itself.  If you have any difficulty in locating this information, please call our customer service department at 763-486-1756. 

Please note that this registration only applies to juvenile products purchased within the United States.
